Marco Traverso is a photographer and director born in Sardinia. He grew up around Milan, where he went on to study music, film and fine art. The personal connection to his birthplace, and the distance he had to grew up apart with has inspired him to use photography as a means to explore his identity, heritage and sense of belonging. Based in Italy, Marco Traverso’s work is applied both in editorial and commissioned projects. He has exhibited at Triennale and worked with clients such as Vogue Italia, i-D, Armani, Tod’s, Issey Miyake, Vitelli, Tbm group and more.
